These live edge cheeseboards are made of locally upcycled cherry, ash, and cedar. The wood from these trees was saved from the wood chipper when the local park district cut down trees. We finish them with food-grade butcher block oil, so they're safe for snacks. Simply wash with soap and water and dry thoroughly. While they can be used as cutting boards (and the soft wood will not dull your knife), we recommend avoiding heavy knife use to maintain the boards smooth beauty.
